On September 10, 2004, 14 men established Phi Lambda Lambda Chapter as the 93rd chapter in the Illustrious Sixth District of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.  Those 14 charter members are:  Bro. Randy Green (Omega Chapter), Bro. Samuel Jones Jr. (Omega Chapter), Bro. Ernest J. Wright (Omega Chapter), Bro. Jacob Evans Jr., Bro. Kendrick L. Rogers, Bro. Latarrance Young Sr., Bro. LeCarlos Humphrey, Bro. Louis Colter III, Bro. Marion Wigfall, Bro. Melvin T. Wooding Jr., Bro. Robert Lakin Jr., Bro. Robert M. Williams, Bro. Walter Brinkley Sr., and Bro. Wayne Cox.

Under the leadership of Bro. Jacob Evans,  the chapter's first Basileus, Phi Lambda Lambda began its March into Omega history.  The first formal meeting was held December 14, 2004.  During this meeting, chapter officers were elected and four years later, on December 20, 2008, Bro. Willie C. Johnson became the first member initiated into Phi Lambda Lambda Chapter.
