Through our internationally mandated programs, including specifically our annual chapter scholarship program, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. , Phi Lambda Lambda graduate chapter, has a rich heritage of service in the Jacksonville area and communities across Eastern North Carolina.

The mission of our annual chapter scholarship program is to provide college scholarships to Jacksonville area graduating seniors based on merit and need. Scholarship awards and amounts are decided internally by Phi Lambda Lambda Chapter Scholarship Committee, based on package review and mandatory interviews of finalist. The chapter awards individual non-renewable scholarships.

Scholarship recipients must attend four year, accredited U.S. colleges and universities. To be considered, scholarship application & supporting documentation must be typed and postmarked by November 1, 2021. (Online submission is NOT available)

FAQ #1
“I need my scholarship funds to go towards my current school balance so I can get fully enrolled this semester. How do I apply my funds to directly to my balance?”
Typically, our scholarships are made out directly to the student after they are fully enrolled, however, you can request that your scholarship check be sent directly to your university for deposit into your university account. The easiest & fastest way is to have your university send an invoice for the scholarship amount to our P.O. box mailing address. Or you may also, send a request to pll6d@yahoo.com to have your check mailed directly to your university, be sure to include your Full Name, Student ID Number and University’s Payment Address.
